Compassion Meditation Training (CCT™) research study

We are conducting an IRB approved study that examines the effects of compassion meditation training on psychological flexibility and well-being. The research involves completing a brief set of self-report measures pre-, weekly during and post-compassion training, as well as at 3 and 6 months follow-up. We are interested in identifying the week-to-week pattern of changes that occur during the 2 months of compassion training.  Your participation will help us elucidate how compassion meditation training supports well-being.
